Yulimar Rojas won her third triple jump world title

Olympic champion and world record holder in the triple jump Yulimar Rojas continues to dominate the sector. The 26-year-old Venezuelan won a third straight outdoor world title after securing gold in Eugene with a world best of 15.47m (1.9m/s). So Yulimar Rojas already has three indoor and outdoor world titles, as well as one Olympic title from Tokyo 2020.

Jamaica’s Shanieka Ricketts won silver at the second straight World Championships after Doha. She placed second with 14.89 m (1.7 m/s).

Tori Franklin (USA) won the bronze medal with 14.72m (1.8m/s).

Yulimar Rojas Rodriguez is a Venezuelan athlete who holds the world record for women’s triple jump, currently 15.74 m. She is the current Olympic champion, a three-time World Champion, and three-time World Indoor Champion; she is nicknamed la reina del triple salto – queen of the triple jump.
