Yaroslava Mahuchikh and Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk will compete at the Silesia European Athletics Team Championships

Ukraine has announced a strong list of athlete to compete at the European Athletics Team Championships, which will be held in Silesia in June 20-25. In the team are the European champions Yaroslava Mahuchikh and Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk.

For the first time, all leagues in the European Team Championship will be held in one place – in the Polish city of Silesia.

Yaroslava Mahuchikh, who is undefeated this season, will be in contention for full points in the high jump, while Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk will be chasing success in both the long jump and triple jump.

European 400m hurdles silver medalist Viktoriya Tkachuk is Ukraine’s other favorite for a honor. Also, she will join forces with European 400m hurdles bronze medallist Anna Ryzhykova in the inaugural staging of the mixed 4x400m relay.

Among other women athlete to compete un Ukrainan team are Olha Lyakhova, Nataliya Krol, Hanna Plotitsyna and etc.
