World Athletics announced the shortlist for the International Fair Play Award

The World Athletics announced the shortlist for the International Fair Play Award. The committee and fans will vote for the five moments to that best exemplifies fair play in athletics.

The nominees are:
Sifan Hassan fell while leading at the last meters of the 10,000m final at the 2023 Budapest World Athletics Championships, but although losing the honor in the event, she went on to claim 5,000m silver and 1,500m bronze
