Wolfsburg Women qualified for the UEFA Women’s Champions League final after a dramatic extra-time victory

Wolfsburg Women qualified for the UEFA Women’s Champions League final after defeating Arsenal WFC by 3-2 after Pauline Bremer scored in the last minute of the extra time. Thus, Wolfsburg Women qualified for the final after an aggregate score of 5-4 and will face Barcelona Femeni on June 3rd in a breath battle for the title.

Stina Blackstenius gave a lead for Arsenal WFC already in the 11th minute after assistance by Lia Walti. Jill Roord equalized in th 42nd minute and the first half ended 1-1.
