Veronika Kudermetova qualified for the Round of 16 at the WTA 1000 China Open

Veronika Kudermetova (Russia) had a very hard second round match at the WTA 1000 China Open, but finally turned over the match versus Lesia Tsurenko (Ukraine) and eventually won by 2-1 (3:6, 6:0, 6:0) in 1:45 hours of play.
