Iga Swiatek made two breaks in each of the sets and saved 5 breakpoints of her opponent to win the undoubtedly. She had the great 75% first serve and won the 7% of the first serve points.

The Italian tennis player Lucia Bronzetti also advanced to the quarter-finals of the WTA 250 Bad Homburg Open after defeating Mayar Sherif (Egypt) by 2-1 (1:6, 7:6, 6:3). In the next round she will face the 8th-seeded Varvara Gracheva (Russia).
Katerina Siniakova (Czech Republic) is the last quarter-finalist after defeating Evgeniya Rodina (Russia) by 2-0 (6:2, 6:4). In the next round she will face the second-seeded Liudmila Samsonova (Russia).
