The 100m hurdles world record holder Tobi Amusan (Nigeria) has a chance to make history with four gold medals at the African Games in Ghana. According to the Nigerian Athletics Federation’s list, she will compete there in four events – 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay, as well as her crowning event of 100m hurdles.
If she manages to win gold in all four disciplines, Tobi Amusan will become the first woman in the history of the African Games to do so.
Tobi Amusan has never competed at international level in the women’s 100m and 200m, but still believes she has a chance to win honors in those events as well.
