Reigning world 200m champion Shericka Jackson won the gold at the Monaco Diamond League. The Jamaican sprinter won the Herculis tournament with 21.86 sec (0.2 m/sec). Julien Alfred (Sain Lucia) finished second with 22.08 sec.
The Doha 2019 world champion Dina Asher-Smith (Great Britain) took third position in 22.23 sec, improving her personal best of the season.
Anthonique Strachan (Bahamas) and Daryll Neita (Great Britain) remained fourth and fifth.
Meanwhile, as the women’s 400m, Natalia Kaczmarek (Poland) earned the gold with 49.63 sec, followed by Shamier Little (USA) and Lieke Klaver (Netherlands) with 49.68 sec and 49.99 sec, respectively.
