Seattle Storm won versus Chicago Sky in one of the most interesting matches of the WNBA, facing to of the favorites for the title this year. The match was played at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago and the visitors of Seattle Storm won by 100:111 (26:38, 29:28, 24:24, 21:21).

Seattle Storm made a fantastic first quarter to take a lead by 12 points and kept it by the end of the match. Chicago Sky tried to compensate for some of the negative in the second quarter, but it was not enough. The last two quarters were equal in the score and the visitors won the match.

The most valuable player for the success of Seattle Storm was Breanna Stewart with 25 pts, 9 rebs, and 5 asts, while Gabby Williams and Jewell Loyd scored 21 pts and 18 pts, respectively.

For Chicago Sky, Courtney Michelle Vandersloot had 28 pts, 3 rebs and 7 pts, being the MVP of the match. Kahleah Copper added 17 pts, while Candace Parker added 14 pts.

Seattle Storm is second in the Western Conference and 4th in the overall standings with guaranteed qualifying for the playoffs. Chicago Sky is the leader in the Eastern Conference and leader in the overall standings with 25 wins and 9 losses.
