The Ukrainian champion lost as a guest of the Polish Developres Rzeszow with 0: 3 (22:25, 23:25, 17:25) in a match of the 4th round in Group A of the tournament.
Thus, SC Prometey Dnipro remains in the last 4th place in the group without a victory so far and a single point won. In the next, penultimate 5th round, the Ukrainian team will play with the strong Russian Lokomotiv Kaliningrad. The meeting, which will take place on February 3rd (Thursday), will be held in the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul due to political tensions between Ukraine and Russia.
The most valuable for SC Prometey Dnipro was again Heidy Casanova with 17 points (2 blocks, 1 ace and 45% efficiency in attack).
