Molly Caudery won the pole vault gold at the 63rd Ostrava Golden Spike

The world indoor champion Molly Caudery (Great Britain) won the pole vault gold at the 63rd Ostrava Golden Spike athletics tournament clearing 4.84m. Although the result was not her best, even for the season, the British athlete was unstoppable for winning the event in the prestigious tournament far ahead of her opponents.

The silver went to Aikaterini Stefanidi (Greece), who cleared 4.64m, while the bronze was for Amalie Svabikova (Czech Republic) with 4.54m.

The Top 5 in the women’s pole vault event was completed by Nikola Poschlova (Czech Republic) and Marleen Mulla (Estonia) both with 4.44m.

Meanwhile, in the women’s javelin throw event, Haruka Kitaguchi (Japan) triumphed with the gold, while Petra Sicakova (Czech Republic) and Adriana Vilagos (Serbia) remained with silver and bronze.
