Lolo Jones revealed she was stalked by three men in 2022

The US Olympic star Lolo Jones has revealed she was shockingly stalked by three different men in 2022 alone. The sprinter, hurdler, and bobsledder detailed how one obsessed fan even turned up at her home while another stormed the Olympic training center in an attempt to meet her. Lolo Jones, 40, posted a dark selfie on Instagram.

“I’ve had three different male stalkers in the last year”, wrote the three-time world track champion. “Three times now, men have crossed the line, threatened my safety and the safety of my friends, and changed my life. A man broke into the Olympic training center and stayed overnight hoping to find me. Another person continued to harass my friends in attempts to contact me. Finally, a guy stalked my house and told the police he knew me from Instagram and I invited him to come live with me. I’M DONE. I’m not interested. NEVER. This is not the way”, added Lolo Jones.

Lolo Jones is a devout Christian. The summer and winter Olympian said in May 2022 that she was “heartbroken” to end her relationship with a man she had been “talking to for eight months” after receiving too many mixed signals about long-term his intentions.

Lori Susan “Lolo” Jones is an American hurdler and bobsledder who specializes in the 60m and 100m hurdles. She won three NCAA titles and garnered 11 All-American honors while at Louisiana State University. She won indoor national titles in 2007, 2008, and 2009 in the 60m hurdles, with gold medals at the World Indoor Championship in 2008 and 2010. In bobsled, she won the 2021 IBSF World Championships as the brakewoman for Kaillie Humphries. She was favored to win the 100m hurdles at the Beijing 2008 Olympics, but tripped on the penultimate hurdle, finishing in seventh place. She went on to win gold at the 2008 World Athletics Final, beating the newly crowned Olympic champion Dawn Harper with a time of 12.56. Lolo Jones was the American record holder in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 7.72 until 2018 when both Kendra Harrison and Sharika Nelvis improved the time to 7.70.

Lolo Jones also competes as a brakewoman on the US national bobsled team. She won a gold medal in the mixed team event at the 2013 World Championships. She represented the US at the 2014 Winter Olympics, making her one of the few athletes who has competed in both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
