Keflavik remains unbeaten at the Iceland Women’s Basketball Championship

The Icelandic basketball team Keflavik team defeated Haukar by 68-63 (18-16, 25-14, 14-20, 11-13) as a guest in a match of the tenth round of the Iceland Women’s Basketball Championship.

Daniela Wallen made a double-double with 16 pts, 13 rebs, and 3 asts. The Bulgarian basketball player Karina Konstantinova also made a double-double – 15 pts, 10 rebs, and 5 asts.

For Haukar, Keira Robinson recorded 21 pts, 14 rebs, and 6 asts.

The basketball team Keflavik has a record of 10-0 (W-L) and is the sole leader in Iceland’s elite championship. The team’s next match is on December 4 against Valur.

In the other matches of the round, Njardvik defeated Fjolnir by 92-67, while IR Reykjavik lost to Valur by 74-76. Grindavi won their match versus Breidablik by 89-65.
