Karolina Muchova advanced to the third round of the US Open

Roland Garros runner-up Karolina Muchova (Czech Republic) advanced to the third round of the US Open. The 10th-seeded Czech tennis player needed only 80 minutes to succeed with 2-0 (6:3, 6:3) over Magdalena Frech (Poland).
