The Beijing 2022 Olympic champion Justine Braisaz-Bouchet of France won the small crystal globe in the mass start after winning the last World Cup race of the season in Holmenkollen, Norway.
Justine Braisaz-Bouchet covered the 12.5 km route in 35:20.8 min and allowed two penalty laps.
German Franziska Preuss finished second in 7.8 sec, missing two targets in the four shots.
The winner of the Big Crystal Globe Marte Olsbu Roiseland from Norway was third with two errors and a lag of 8.6 sec.
Sweden’s biathlete Elvira Oeberg finished only fifth, just behind her teammate Linn Persson, and a possible fourth place would bring her the small trophy.
Justine Braisaz-Bouchet finished first in the standings for the mass start with 162 points, ahead of Elvira Oeberg with 160 and the Italian Dorothea Wierer with 152 points, who was only 12th today.
In the final standings for the World Cup, Marte Olsbu Roiseland collected 957 points from 22 starts. Elvira Oeberg is second with 823 points, ahead of Lisa Hauser (Austria) with 684 points.
