Jelena Ostapenko defeated Sorana Cîrstea at the WTA 500 Adelaide International

The sixth-seeded Jelena Ostapenko (Latvia) had a hard time against Sorana Cîrstea (Romania) in the Round of 32 at the WTA 500 Adelaide International, but eventually prevailed by 2-1 (2:6, 6:4, 6:4).
