Eden Avital is an Israeli international footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or forward for the French club ASJ Soyaux and for the Israeli national team. She is three times Ligat Nashim Champion and three times Israeli Women’s Cup Winner.
Eden Avital was born on March 25, 1997, in Tel Aviv, Israel. She started in football with the youth club Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv, when was only 10 years old. In 2010, she moved to train with ASA Tel Aviv and was noticed by the scouts of Girls Football Academy when she scored 27 league goals for the club in the 2015–16 Ligat Nashim season. In 2013, she passed through the Girls Football Academy to develop her skills.
Eden Avital started her senior career in 2014 with the Girls Football Academy, playing 24 matches and scoring 13 goals, and then returned to ASA Tel Aviv, where for 3 seasons appeared in 70 matches, scoring the fantastic 52 goals.
In 2018, Eden Avital moved to the Ligat Nashim defending champion Kiryat Gat. The club took part in the 2018/2019 UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying round, finishing 3rd in the group. The club ended the season as runners-up, finishing 3 points behind ASA Tel Aviv.
In 2019, Eden Avital moved to France to sign with the French Division 2 Feminine club Albi. She made her professional debut in the first round of the Coupe de France Feminine and scored her first goal from a penalty. She has only 8 appearances for the club and scored 2 goals.
In 2021, she returned to Israeli to play again for Kiryat Gat. Her team won the treble that season, placing first in the 2020/2021 Ligat Nashim and winning the 2020/2021 Israeli Women’s Cup, as well as the Supercup 2021. During the season, she scored 6 goals.
Later during the season, Eden Avital again moved to France to sign with her current club ASJ Soyaux from the Division 1 Feminine.
At the international level, Eden Avital made her debut for the Israeli senior national team in 2014. She appeared for the team during the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying
