Dutch team athletics

The world’s 400m indoor record-holder Femke Bol will lead the Dutch athletics team for the Glasgow World Indoor Athletics Championships 2024, which will be held on March 1-3.

Femke Bol will pursue her first world indoor title at the championship after just improving her own 400m indoor record to 49.24 sec, which she set at the Apeldoorn Dutch Indoor Championships.

Lieke Klaver is another strong competitor of the Dutch team for the Glasgow World Indoor Athletics Championships 2024, being part, together with Femke Bol, at the Netherlands’ gold medal-winning women’s 4x400m team at the Budapest World Athletics Championships 2023

That mark improved her own world record of 49.26 set in Apeldoorn one year earlier and she was followed over the finish line by Lieke Klaver, who set a PB of 50.10 – a time that moved her to ninth on the world indoor all-time list.

Nadine Visser, who won the first of her two European indoor 60m hurdles titles in Glasgow in 2019, will contest that discipline on the global stage along with Maayke Tjin A-Lim.

Here is the full Dutch athletics team for the Glasgow World Indoor Athletics Championships 2024:
