Eileen Gu won the halfpipe title in freestyle skiing at the Beijing 2022

The Chinese skier Eileen Gu won the title of “halfpipe” in freestyle skiing at the Beijing 2022 Olympics. The world champion Eileen Gu, who was born and lives in the USA, but competes for China, triumphed convincingly in the cold weather and strong wind on the track.

In second place was defending his title from PyeongChang 2018 Cassie Sharpe (Canada) with 90.75 points. Third place went to world runner-up Rachael Karker (Canada) with 87.75 points.
