Two-time European indoor long jump champion and silver medalist at the 2017 World Outdoor Championships in London, Darya Klishina, reminded her Instagram followers that the most important thing is to listen to yourself, not other people.
“It’s important to really enjoy what you’re doing. To be able to hear yourself, not others. Believe in yourself and never look back”, wrote the 31-year-old Russian athlete under the photo she posted.
Darya Klishina is Russian athlete, who is two-time gold medalist from the European Indoor Championships in 2011 Paris and 2013 Gothenburg. She is also European U23 Champion in Ostrava, Czech Republic, European Junior Champion in Novi Sad, Serbia, and gold medalist from the European Youth Olympics in Belgrade, Serbia. Also, she won the gold at the Universiade in Kazan, Russia and bronze at the European Outdoor Championship in Zurich, Switzerland
Darya Klishina also took part at the Rio 2016 Olympics and was the only athlete from Russian allowed to compete. She finished 9th.
