Klara Peric is a Croatian volleyball player, who plays as a setter for the Croatian club HAOK Mladost and the Croatia women’s national volleyball team, winning a silver medal from the 2021 Women’s European Volleyball League and the gold at the 2022 Zadar FIVB Challenger Cup.
Klara Peric was born on March 20, 1998, in Vinkovci, Croatia. She started in volleyball as a child.
Klara Peric made her professional debut in 2014 for the volleyball club HAOK Mladost. In her maiden season, the club won the Croatian Cup and was the runner-up in the Croatian League. In the 2015/2016 season, the volleyball club made double winning the Croatian Cup and the Croatian League but also finished 5th in MEVZA and 17th at the Challenge Cup.
In 2016, Klara Peric moved to Italy and signed with Pomì Casalmaggiore to play in the Italian Serie A1. During the only season she played for the club, they finished 5th at the Italian Cup, 4th at the Italian Serie A1, won the bronze at the CEV Cup and were the runner-up at the Club World Championship.
In 2017, the Croatian volleyball player moved to Spain to play for CVB Barca and to play in the Challenge Cup and Spanish Superliga, but her club did not reach some significant success.
Klara Peric signed with Slovenian volleyball club GEN-I Volley in 2018 and won the bronze at the Challenge Cup, but also finished 2nd at the Slovenian League and 3rd at the Slovenian Cup.
In 2019, Klara Peric spent one season in Finland to play for LP Vampula, and in 2020 returned to Croatia to play for HAOK Mladost. Since being part of her current team, she won twice Croatian League and Croatian Cup, won the silver at CEV Cup, and played at the Champions League.
Klara Peric is a member of the Croatia women’s national volleyball team. She competed at the 2016 FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship, and 2021 Women’s European Volleyball League, winning a silver medal.
Individually, she was awarded the Best Setter at the 2017 World Championship European Qualification U20.
