Cori Coco Gauff advanced to the fourth round of the WTA 1000 Miami Open

The third-seeded Cori Coco Gauff (USA) advanced to the fourth round of the WTA 1000 Miami Open tennis tournament with a price money of 8,770,480 USD. In the third round, the American tennis talent defeated Oceane Dodin (France) by 2-0 (6:4, 6:0) in just 65 minutes.

Oceane Dodin took a 4:2 lead in the first set, but Cori Coco Gauff responded with a total of 10 straight games. She turned to 6:4 in the first set and then won the second set 6-0.

The next opponent of Cori Coco Gauff is Caroline Garcia (France), who defeated Naomi Osaka (Japan) after 2-0 (7:6, 7:5).

The 20th-seeded American tennis player Emma Navarro also qualified for the fourth round, eliminating the 12th-seeded Jasmine Paolini (Italy) after 2-1 (6:2, 3:6, 6:0) and awaits the winner of the match between Jessica Pegula (USA) and Leylah Fernandez (Canada).

The 19th-seeded and a semi-finalist from 2023 Sorana Cirstea (Romania) eliminated the tenth-seed Daria Kasatkina (Russia) by 2-0 (7:5, 6:2). Sorana Cirstea will face Danielle Collins (USA), who defeated Elina Avanesyan (Russia) by 2-0 (6:1, 6:2).
