Chelsea Women crowned with FA WSL title on the final day after smashing by 5-0 Reading Women. Thus, Chelsea retains the title, keeping the lead of 2 points ahead of the second Manchester City.

Emma Hayes, the manager of Chelsea, was quick to shift the focus of her back-to-back title winners on to next weekend’s Champions League final against Barcelona following their 5-0 defeat of Reading.

“I said to the players when they got their medals: Do you like winning? Well do it again next week”, said Emma Hayes.

In the last round of FA WSL, Chelsea Women smashed Reading Women by 5-0 at home after the goals of Melanie Leupolz (2′), Francesca Kirby (43′, 57′), Samantha Kerr (71′), and Erin Cuthbert (75′).

Meanwhile, Manchester City remained runner-up despite the visitor’s win versus West Ham Women by 0-1.
