Cat Zingano is back in the Bellator and will fight versus Pam Sorenson

The former UFC Bantamweight title contender Cat Zingano is back in the Bellator. The 39-year-old American will fight versus Pam Sorenson at the Bellator 276 event, which will be held on March 12 in Missouri. Their battle is the main event for the prelims and is in the featherweight category.

Cat Zingano has a personal MMA record of 12-4-0 (W-L-D) and is in a series of 2 consecutive victories. She won her last fight versus Olivia Parker at Bellator 256 in April 2021 via armbar submission.

If Cat Zingano wins the fight versus Pam Sorenson, she will be able to fight for the title in the Bellator’s featherweight category.

Cat Zingano previously competed for Invicta FC and UFC. She became the first woman to win a UFC fight by technical knockout (TKO). On October 29, 2019, it was announced that she had signed with Bellator MMA, where has 2 wins.

Pam Sorenson has a personal MMA record of 9-4-0 (W-L-D) and comes after a loss to Arlene Blencowe at Bellator 271. She is a former Invicta champion. She debuted at Bellator in 2021 and has one win and one loss.

The Bellator 276 event will also give us another interesting women’s fight between Diana Avsaragova (4-0-0) and Ashley Deen (5-6-0).
