Caroline Garcia defeated Maria Sakkari to reach the final of the WTA Finals Fort Worth tournament. The French tennis player won by 2-0 (6:3, 6:2) for 76 minutes of play.

Caroline Garcia made 21 winners and 17 unforced errors again 8 winners and 18 forced errors for her opponent. The French player was definitely more stable on the court and won convincingly the match.

The first set started equally and Caroline Garcia made the first break in the 4th game. However, Maria Sakkari returned the break immediately and served to equalize.
