Belinda Bencic continue playing strong at the US Open 2022 and qualified for the third round. The Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion won her match versus Romanian tennis player Sorana Cirstea by 2-1 (3:6, 7:5, 6:2).
Sorana Cirstea started very strong in the first set and took the win by 6:3 and even served for the match in the second set, but Belinda Bencic broke her and finally took it by 7:5.
