Barbora Krejcikova is unstoppable at WTA 1000 Dubai Tennis Championships

Barbora Krejcikova continues with her good performance at the WTA 1000 Dubai Tennis Championships, qualifying for the semi-final after winning the match versus Anastasia Potapova with 2-0 (6:0; 6:2).

The Czech tennis player ended the match for an hour without giving a chance to its Russian opponent. Barbora Krejcikova started the first set with a break, which passed through two deuce and actually was the most equal game of the whole match. After the first break, the Czech was calmer on the court and won her serve, defending the break. Barbora Krejcikova made another two breaks within the set and won it on zero.

The second set started equally, as both players won their first serving game. In the third game of the second set, Barbora Krejcikova succeeded to break her opponent and took advantage, but did not defend the break and lost her own serve. At result 2-2, however, Barbora Krejcikova was unstoppable and smashed her opponent with another 2 breaks.

Barbora Krejcikova already eliminated Maria Sakkari in the first round, Jelena Ostapenko in the second round, Svetlana Kuznetsova on the Round of 16, as well as Anastasia Potapova in the quarter-finals. She still had not lost a set.
