Angelica Moser won the pole vault gold at Gala dei Castelli 2024

Angelica Moser (Swtizerland) won the pole vault gold at the Gala dei Castelli 2024 in Bellinzona. The Swiss track and field athlete cleared 4.64m from her first attempt and made three faults at 4.74m. Earlier she cleared 4.39m in her first attempt and 4.54m in her second attempt.

The silver in the pole vault event at the Gala dei Castelli 2024 in Bellinzona went to Sandi Morris (USA), who cleared 4.54m at her second attempt and failed once at 4.64m and twice at 4.74m.

Amalie Svabikova (Czech Republic) won the bronze with 4.39m. She made three faults at 4.54m.

The Top 5 in the event were completed by Elisa Molinarolo (Italy) with and Pascale Stocklin (Switzerland), both clearing 4.39m, but Italian athlete did it from her second attempt, while Swiss pole vaulter did it from her third attempt.

Angelica Moser has achieved numerous accolades throughout her career; she won the 2021 European Championships in Torun, and placed fourth at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Her personal bests in the event are 4.88m outdoors (Monaco 2024) and 4.75m indoors (Torun 2021).
