Allyson Felix returns in the women’s 4x400m relay

Seven-time Olympic champion Allyson Felix returns to the track for another start in her illustrious career. The American will run in the heats of the women’s 4x400m relay tonight.

Allyson Felix helped the 4x400m medley relay to win the bronze last week, and this was planned to be her last race, but after a request from the coaching staff, she quickly had to change her setup and will enter the women’s relay.

“Coach called and I had to get on the plane”, said Allyson Felix.

The 36-year-old American has participated in five Olympics. She is the most honored athlete in the history of the Olympic Games, with seven gold, three silver and one bronze Olympic medals.
