French tennis player Alize Cornet, who reached the quarterfinals of the Australian Open 2022 for the first time in her career, has revealed that she will publish her novel in the spring. Alize Cornet has already written her autobiography, called “Without Compromise”.
“I am already preparing the period after the end of my career, which will be dedicated to writing, which I adore. My first novel will be published in May and I think it will not be the last”, said the French professional tennis player. Alize Cornet admits that she started playing tennis at the age of 3 or 4 on the courts of the tennis club in Nice. “I can’t reveal anything about the novel because my publisher will beat me through the fingers, but it has nothing to do with tennis”, admits the 32-year-old player.
Alize Cornet is the world’s number 61, but after the performance in Melbourne, she will climb. “The good results in Australia gave me motivation. If I go up in the standings, it will be difficult to stop. They do not close the door on something. This season I will play to the best of my ability and we will see later”, said Alize Cornet.
