The former leader in the world rankings in women’s tennis, Caroline Wozniacki, announced that she will return to the court. The 32-year-old Danish tennis player has not played in professional tournaments since the beginning of 2020, but has been training for several months, while at the same time taking care of her two children.

Caroline Wozniacki announced that the first tournament she plans to play in is the WTA 1000 Rogers Cup in Montreal. After that, she will also participate in the US Open, which will be a real test for the participation in the Australian Open in January next year. The Danish tennis player added that she also wants to play at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
“Before a match, every tennis player is nervous, but that’s normal. Can I win the US Open? Yes, I think so. Can I win the Australian Open? Yes, I think so. So I’m back on the court, but we’ll see what will happen”, finished Caroline Wozniacki.
In her career, Caroline Wozniacki has 635 wins and 264 losses. She has won 30 singles titles and has earned more than 35 million USD in prize money, ranking her seventh on the all-time list.
The WTA 1000 Rogers Cup in Montreal tournament, which is a warm-up before the US Open, will be held between August 7 and 13.
