American MMA fighter Tatiana Suarez made a remarkable comeback to the UFC defeating Montana De La Rosa by second-round submission at the UFC Fight Night: Muniz vs. Allen. It was a largely dominant performance and showed she hasn’t lost much of an edge in terms of skill since her previous fight in June 2019.
Tatiana Suarez dominated in the Octagon during the first round, playing 10 significant hits and one takedown. In the second round, she made another takedown, which she finished by guillotine choke submission and thus won her first fight in four years.
“I think I’m going to be a champion and I think I can’t wait to get the belt and then defend as many times as I can and then because a lot of people like to focus on the whole ‘double champ’ or whatever it may be, I think it’s really cool when you have a champ that’s so dominant in their division and they defend multiple times”, said Tatiana Suarez. “I want to defend my belt multiple times before I go up to flyweight and do all that stuff”, added she.
Tatiana Suarez is an American MMA fighter, who has a professional MMA record of 10-0-0 (W-L-D).
