Italian Imoco Volley Conegliano and Turkish Vakifbank S.K. will match at the Champions League Women final

Italian volleyball team Imoco Volley Conegliano and the Turkish Vakifbank S.K. qualified for the finals of the most prestigious European club tournament – the Champions League Women.

Imoco Volley Conegliano qualified for the finals after winning the match versus Igor Gorgonzola Novara with 3-0 (25:15; 25:23: 25:20). The first match between the two teams finished with the same result.

The volleyball girls of the Italian club Imoco Volley Conegliano qualified for the superfinals of the most prestigious European club tournament – the Champions League for Women. The team won its second match versus Igor Gorgonzola Novara with 3-0 (25:15; 25:23: 25:20). The MVP for Imoco Volley Conegliano was McKenzie Adams, as well as Paola Ogechi Ogonu.

The Turkish Vakifbank S.K. reached the final after smashing UYBA Busto Arsizio as a visitor with 0-3 (13:25; 15:25; 15:25). The first match in Turkey finished with a dramatic win for UYBA Busto Arsizio with 2-3.

The final match of the Champions League Women between Imoco Volley Conegliano and Vakifbank S.K. is scheduled for May 1st.
