Molly Caudery is a British athlete, specializing in the pole vault event, who has an impressive track record. She earned a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games and secured silver medals at the European U20 and U23 Championships. Her personal best in the pole vault is 4.92m.

Born on March 17, 2000, in Truro, England, Molly Caudery showed an early interest in athletics, honing her skills throughout her school years.

Molly Caudery started her competitive career in 2015 and achieved significant success, earning numerous victories and medals in various championships. In 2016, she surpassed the 4-meter mark, reaching a personal best of 4.06m and claiming gold at the Yeovil U17 Events. Her dominance continued with victories at multiple championships and competitions.

In 2018, Molly Caudery made her debut at a major championship, competing at the Berlin European Athletics Championships, although she did not reach the final. She also participated in the IAAF World Indoor Tour’s Glasgow Muller Indoor Grand Prix, finishing 7th. Her season was highlighted by winning gold at the Birmingham UK Indoor Championships and further successes in other competitions. Notably, Molly Caudery also competed at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, finishing 5th. Her remarkable achievements and dedication to the pole vault event showcase her immense talent and potential in the world of athletics.

In 2019 and 2020, Molly Caudery had somewhat modest seasons, with her major highlight being a silver at the Welsh Senior Championships.

However, 2021 proved to be a significant year for her as she clinched silver medals at the Tallinn European Athletics U23 Championships and the Manchester British Championships. She also made her debut at the Diamond League, securing a 5th place finish at the Muller British GP. Additionally, she achieved a bronze at the Chorzow European Athletics Team Championships Super League and the Meeting Iberoamericano.

The year 2022 marked a remarkable milestone in Molly Caudery’s career as she attained her most prestigious honor yet, a silver at the Birmingham XXII Commonwealth Games. She also secured a silver at the Muller UK Athletics Championships. During the season, she also achieved a 7th place finish at the Munich European Athletics Championships and was a participant at the Eugene World Athletics Championships. Additionally, she claimed gold at the Venizelia – Chania International Meeting, silver at the Meeting Iberoamericano, and bronze at the Filothei Women Gala.

In 2023, Molly Caudery finished 5th at the Budapest World Athletics Championships. She took part in the Diamond League events at the London Athletics Meet and Weltklasse, narrowly missing out on medals. Nonetheless, she managed to clinch gold at the 59th Palio Citta’ della Quercia, International Pole Vault for Women, and UK Athletics Championships in Manchester.

Molly Caudery won her most prestigious medal in 2024, winning the pole vault gold at the Glasgow World Athletics Indoor Championships, but also earned the bronze at the Roma European Athletics Championships. Meanwhile, she won the gold at the Birmingham UK Indoor Championships, Perche Elite Tour Rouen, Meeting de L’Eure, 63rd Ostrava Golden Spike, and Toulouse Capitole Perche, where improved her personal best to 4.92m.
