Bianca Andreescu advanced to the third round of the US Open 2022

Canadian tennis player Bianca Andreescu, who is the 2019 champion, qualified for the third round of the US Open 2022. She eliminated the 15th-seeded Beatriz Haddad Maia by 2-0 (6:2, 6:4). The Brazilian failed to break into the match and made 30 unforced errors against 14 of the opponent.
