Ukrainian athlete Iryna Gerashchenko recorded a victory at the high jump tournament in the Czech city of Trinec yesterday. The Ukrainian athlete jumped 1.90m for first place in the ladies.
The 2021 World Indoor silver medalist Iryna Gerashchenko jumped 1.97m in Hustopeche earlier in the season.
“Thank you very much for the support. I’m a bit tired after a few races, but 1.90m is good for me. 1.95m is better, but maybe next time. I think I’ll be back next year”, said Iryna Gerashchenko to the audience in the hall after his victory.
Iryna Gerashchenko is a Ukrainian high jumper. She competed at the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics and Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, finishing 10th and 4th respectively. Iryna has a personal best of 2.00 m (outdoors) and 1.98 m (indoors).
